Trout Harvest Limits: Due to trout stocking shortages in 2025, the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission has revised harvest limits on Bull Shoals and Norfork tailwaters. Anglers can now keep two rainbow trout under 14 inches per day from Bull Shoals Dam to the boat ramp at Norfork Access.
White River Regulations: On the White River from Norfork Dam to the Norfork Access boat ramp, anglers are also limited to two rainbow trout under 14 inches per day, with all other trout released immediately.
Norfork to Guion: From Norfork Access to the Arkansas Highway 58 bridge at Guion, anglers can keep two trout in total. This limit includes two rainbow trout under 14 inches or a combination of one rainbow trout under 14 inches and one larger trout (rainbow, brook, brown, cutthroat, or tiger over 14 inches or 24 inches, respectively).
